Born and raised in Iran, I moved to Canada as a teenager. I graduated from OCAD University where I gained exposure to a variety of disciplines from Fine Arts to Graphic Design & Advertising. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree, I worked as a Visual Communications Coordinator at a large corporation for 7 years, at which point I decided to pursue my own art and design practice.
I have since been awarded and published a number of times, had a solo exhibition and have created a number of murals around Toronto. I create colourful and whimsical paintings, digital art and GIFs that focus on life as a woman, spirituality and everyday life. Some of my GIFs were featured on the CBC Arts show, Exhibitionists. I’m a shameless coffee addict and frequent the local cafes. Dancing, yoga and biking are my preferred ways of recharging.Clients|TIFF
