• Directly lend money or extend credit
• Guarantee loan approval or specific terms
• Collect fees from borrowers for referrals
• Service loans after they are issued

Lenders and their terms are independent of Cash Loans. Your loan agreement is between you and the lender you choose.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy

By using Cash Loans, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and a Canadian resident
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are not providing information on behalf of another person without authorization
• You will not use this service for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your application. Providing false information may result in loan denial and potential legal consequences.

3. Referral Process and Lender Selection

Cash Loans matches your profile with lenders in our network based on your stated needs and credit situation. Lender participation and availability vary by province and circumstance. We do not guarantee that every referral will result in an offer or approval.

Once you are referred to a lender, you enter into a direct relationship with that lender. Cash Loans is not party to your loan agreement, and we do not control lender decisions, rates, fees, or terms.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Cash Loans welcomes borrowers in all credit situations. However, final approval is at the sole discretion of the lender. Factors including credit history, income verification, employment status, and provincial regulations may affect approval. No referral from Cash Loans constitutes a guarantee of credit.

5. Lender Responsibility

Lenders in our network are independently licensed and regulated by provincial authorities in Canada. Each lender is responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable provincial lending laws
• Disclosure of all loan terms, rates, and fees
• Fair lending practices and consumer protection
• Loan servicing and collections (if applicable)

Cash Loans does not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any lender's conduct, solvency, or compliance. If you have concerns about a lender's practices, contact your provincial financial regulator.

6. Your Responsibilities as a Borrower

If you proceed with a loan:

• Read and understand all loan documents before signing
• Ask the lender to explain any terms you do not understand
• Keep copies of all agreements and communications
• Make payments on time as agreed
• Report any errors or unauthorized charges to the lender immediately

• Errors, delays, or failures in the referral process
• Loss of income, damage to credit, or financial harm resulting from a loan
• Unauthorized access to your information or data breaches

This limitation applies even if Cash Loans has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification
